INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Clif Family Organic Hot Honey Cashews and Peanuts
2 cups sun-dried tomatoes
2 Calabrian chilies in oil
1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp chili flakes
10 cloves of garlic, peeled, stems removed
1 cup Clif Family Organic Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1.5 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients, minus the olive oil to a food processor. Pulse until a paste is formed. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides. Continue processing and slowly drizzle olive oil in through the top until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
