Agua de Jamaica a la Clif Family

INGREDIENTS:
Hibiscus Peach Mix:
6 cups filter water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 jars Clif Family Organic Peach Preserves
2 jars of Clif Family Solar Grown™ Honey with Desert Hibiscus
4 oz lemon juice
2 oz hibiscus blossoms
Mocktail:
1.5 oz Hibiscus Peach mix
2 oz plain sparkling water
Ice
Garnish:
1 Hibiscus flower
DIRECTIONS:
Hibiscus Peach Mix:
Bring the water, cinnamon sticks, and dried hibiscus blossoms to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in peach preserves, hibiscus honey, and lemon juice. Mix continuously until the honey has dissolved. Set aside to cool. When cool enough to work with, strain through a chinois and keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
Mocktail:
In a low-ball glass with ice add the sparkling water and drizzle in the Hibiscus Peach mixture. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
Make it a Cocktail:
Add 1.5 oz Gin or Vodka to a low-ball glass with ice. Add the sparkling water and drizzle in the Hibiscus Peach mixture. Garnish with a hibiscus flower.
