How We Sustain Our Community
At Clif Family, we strive to create wine, food and experiences with integrity, quality and authenticity. We often like to say, Tastes Good…Feels Good.
And what gets us out of bed in the morning? It’s definitely the Feels Good part. We are lucky to connect with friends and guests both old and new every day. We open our doors, pop some corks and fire up the Food Truck to welcome all visitors to gather and connect with their community at Clif Family.
This fall has given us many opportunities to feel extra good in our local and broader Bay Area community.

We welcomed local families to kick off the Bike and Roll to School program for St. Helena. The program encourages kids to lace up their sneakers and walk or bike to school. We enjoyed a delicious Street Food Napa Valley menu featuring Chinese cuisine and our local partners the Napa County Bicycle Coalition and the Calistoga Bike Shop offered free tune-ups for the kiddos.
We traveled to Nicasio, California to help support Rancho Compasion’s Hoedown Benefit. Rancho Compasion provides a forever home for rescued farm animals. Our Rte Blanc Sauvignon Blanc was served alongside, Miyoko’s Fresh Mozzarella and topped with Clif Family Meyer Lemon Marmalade.
We shared our small-production Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon wines at the reception for the 26th Annual Music Festival for Brain Health. This leading fundraiser for brain health benefits onemind.org and is hosted by our neighbor’s the Staglin Family in Rutherford.
Our popular Sip & Support program created lively Wednesday evenings gathering supporters of the Give Big! St. Helena and Nimbus Arts with satisfying farm to Food Truck meals, full glasses and full hearts.

And we pedaled the peninsula in Palo Alto, to support World Bicycle Relief for one of their annual Bay Area rides. World Bicycle Relief delivers bicycles in developing countries for those in need of transportation for every day tasks. The day ended with a post-ride pizza dinner with Clif Family wines.
