Grilled Corn with Solar Grown™ Hot Honey

4 ears corn, husked
½ cup Clif Family Solar Grown™ Hot Honey
½ tsp smoked paprika
4 limes, zested plus additional lime wedges for serving
¾ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
Coarse sea salt, as needed
Clif Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil for brushing
In a small mixing bowl, mix together Solar Grown™ Hot Honey, smoked paprika, and lime zest and set aside.
Preheat the grill on high heat.
Lightly brush each ear of corn with olive oil and grill over high heat until lightly charred on all sides. Remove from heat and brush with seasoned Hot Honey mixture. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
