- 2 oz Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz ginger honey syrup
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Ginger Honey Syrup:
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 1 full 5.5 oz jar of Clif Family Solar Grown™ Raw Honey and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until honey has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight, squeeze bottle for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
In a cocktail shaker, fill 2/3 full of ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coup or cocktail glass of choice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
