Connecting Virtually in 2021
Blog Post By Katie Henshaw
While life gets back to some sort of “normal” this year, we are excited to carry over one new skill from 2020 – virtual communication. Connecting with colleagues, business partners, clients and customers spread geographically across the country has been reimagined as we have all perfected our virtual skillset. And while we are all looking forward to a time when we can meet in person, shake hands and talk over a cup of coffee, we now have an entire toolkit of resources to connect in new ways.
Here are a few ideas for building new energy into your virtual connections as we head into the new year.
Team Building + Wine Tasting
Our partner, G3, has taken many of their team building and education programs virtual. Gather your employees for an afternoon training session and cap it off with a wine and food tasting led by one of our experienced Clif Family Wine Educators.
Morning Cup of Yoga
Maybe what you and your colleagues really need in the new year is a little centering. Start your virtual retreat with a virtual morning yoga session and end the day with a wine and food tasting. Of even better, end your day with a 20-minute stretch session followed by a tasting experience.
Learn Something New
Wow your team with some culinary education. They’ll be using their newfound skills well into the new year. Our culinary team will create a simple menu, send out a shopping list and lead you on a virtual wine and cooking experience.
Happy Hour is Here to Stay
Maybe you only have a short window of time to connect socially with your clients. We’ll send you a “Taste of Napa Valley” kit complete with a wine and food pairing and you can connect with them at your own time and pace.
Wherever this year takes you, we hope these virtual experiences will give you the tools you need to make the year a success. Our Virtual Experience team is here to help you book one of these experiences or put together something custom.
